Jace Tyrrell, Chief Executive, New West End Company

Jace Tyrrell will give a live interview during MAPIC Italy about what makes data profitable and the 'London intiative' launched a few months ago.

“Working with PwC, we have brought our data sets together. The retailers, hoteliers and restaurateurs in our BID area shared their data, on who is visiting, from where and for how long. [...] The data combines three main areas: transaction data; global travel and mobile network information, which means we can start to determine not just spend, but where and when. [...] We want to roll out our data work beyond London, providing resources and a profile of global cities.”

Lassi Tolonen, Product & Development Director, Clear Channel

Lassi Tolonen has been running Clear Channel Finland remarkable digital transformation by leading business development, contract portfolio and product offering for the past seven years. Before Clear Channel, he has been working in international media industry running business development, M&A’s, sales and offering management. By introducing new multi-media to the Finnish media industry in 1994, he is one of the pioneers in this media sector.

Lassi will give an interview about connecting shopping centres, clients & brands & personalizing the customer journey. He will also come back on the recently-announced Clear Channel & Hammerson partnership.

Monica Cannalire, National Director - Head of Retail Agency, JLL Italy

Monica Cannalire will be leading the live interviews of the international retailers during MAPIC Italy.

Monica is an experienced Retail Real Estate professional with more than 18 years in management positions. Today she is Head of Retail Agency at JLL, coordinating the retail intelligence team on different tasks, operating all over Italy and cooperating to cross boarder activities in EMEA. After an initial experience in the Fashion Industry in Milan, she started her carrier in Retail in as a Leasing Executive for Klepierre, later she joined Sonae Sierra as a Deputy Leasing Manager for their first investments in Italy. Multi Development Corporation was her following experience, where she led the Leasing Department to join, some years later and IKEA shopping centres. During her career, she developed and leased over 2,1 mln sqm GLA.

Massimo Moretti, President, CNCC Italy & General Manager, CS Holding

Massimo Moretti will open & participate to the CNCC official session at MAPIC Italy.

Massimo is the President of CNCC Itlay since 2014 and the General Manager of CDS Holding S.p.a. since December 2018.

CNCC is the National Association of the Shopping Centers, Retail Parks, Factory Outlets, Leisure Centers Industry in Italy. Founded in 1983, CNCC is an independent not-for-profit Organization. CNCC brings together companies, professionals, private institutions and public bodies linked with Shopping Centers Industry. CNCC primary goal is to help Members develop and expand their business through research, information, education, idea exchanges, conferences, and conventions, public relations and action on legislation and regulation.
