For the retail and real estate sectors, new technologies and climate change have transformed consumer habits over the past years, leading the industry to review its practices and business models. This disruption has been accelerated by the pandemic. Today, the conflict in Ukraine has brought economic uncertainty, inflationary pressures and rising costs.

Energy has become a central concern for every company. Geopolitical uncertainty has painfully demonstrated our dependence on energy resources and emphasised that it is fundamental to all aspects of our economy and life.
