For any help please contact our customer helpdesk.
The participants badge will be sent by email on 9 May and then on 15 May. Please ensure to print your badge before you come to the event!
For those who may register after 12 May on the website, exceptionally you will have to get your badge at the main entrance of the show. All other attendees will have to print their badge before the event.

The QR code EMPERIA is on the top left corner of the MAPIC Italy badges. Don't forget to scan it onsite to get the information/contact details of your leads.
On-sites services
Networking areas
Open to all, these areas were designed to encourage networking after each conference session. One of the central points to exchange, relax or discuss business after key conference and have a drink.
Coffee
A resident cash bar will be opened during the show, but you can enjoy some coffee breaks offered by Reed Midem in the morning, please refer to the schedule.
Information & Technical Points
Located at the entrance of Mapic Italy, the information point will give you all good tips to finds yourself in the event.
All questions regarding your booth or any technical aspect can be solved at the technical point.
Conference room
The conference room is located inside the exhibition hall.
Cloakroom
Free and open all day long.
WIFI
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the exhibition.

Visitors Refund Policy
We fully expect to hold a safe and enjoyable MAPIC Italy next May. However, in the event of cancellation of MAPIC Italy onsite, or in the event of a government travel ban (Italy or your country), your onsite registration fees will be exceptionally refunded to you at 100%* or the amount will be offered as a credit towards MAPIC Italy 2024.
