Michele Molon, EVP Omnichannel & Commercial Operations, Swarovski

Effective from January 2017, in his new role in Swarovski as EVP Omnichannel & Commercial Operations and permanent member of the Management Board: he is centrally responsible for the Omnichannel accessibility of the products to Swarovski’s consumers across the 140 Countries.

The mission of the Omnichannel & Commercial Operations is to build the bridge between the Brand promise and the Consumer Experience. It is responsible for ensuring rationality and consistency in all the business decisions taken in the company, advocating the Sales and Consumer Interaction’ needs and requirements and enabling the Markets to excel in execution and win the Consumers.

Lassi Tolonen, Product & Development Director, Clear Channel

Lassi Tolonen has been running Clear Channel Finland remarkable digital transformation by leading business development, contract portfolio and product offering for the past seven years. Before Clear Channel, he has been working in international media industry running business development, M&A’s, sales and offering management. By introducing new multi-media to the Finnish media industry in 1994, he is one of the pioneers in this media sector.

Lassi will give an interview about connecting shopping centres, clients & brands & personalizing the customer journey. He will also come back on the recently-announced Clear Channel & Hammerson partnership.

Massimiliano Freddi, Leisure Consultant, TradeLab

Massimiliano Freddi will be leading the leisure live interview during MAPIC Italy.

Massimiliano has been part of the attraction and tourism industries for 20 years. First, in charge of marketing and press for the Italian market of Disneyland Paris. Then, as the general manager of Leolandia, he led the park towards a 300% growth, allowing it to become a top European destination for kids under 10 and their families.
He is currently a Leisure Consultant for TradeLab, consulting city centers, shopping malls, existing attractions and expanding parks to support their planning and growth strategy. Since 2016, he has also been part of the coaching team for Seth Godin’s AltMBA. From 2014 he has been contributing to the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), where he will serve as the EMEA Education Subcommittee Chairman until 2021 and is currently a member of the global Board of Directors.
